Job Title: Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
* Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on students' needs
* Provide academic support and guidance to help students achieve their learning goals
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
* Relevant teaching qualifications
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching roles
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong subject knowledge in relevant areas
* Ability to motivate and engage students
* Organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Education or related field
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
* Work in a classroom or tutoring centre environment
* Flexible hours based on student needs
* Potential travel to student's homes or other locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
