Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils in a primary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons effectively
* A passion for education and a commitment to helping every child succeed
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
