Halliwell Jones Chester is looking for a BMW Used Car Retail Sales Manager. Your role The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic modern facility including BMW and MINI Sales, Aftersales and Bodyshop. Your responsibilities: Ensure Sales Executives attain agreed Activity Level Targets. To achieve the required growth profit in-line with previously agreed budget and deliver Customer Satisfaction Targets. To request from all prospects/visitors to the dealership who might show an interest in purchasing a vehicle, their contact details, i.e. name, address, email and two contact numbers, and to follow up within a maximum 24 hour period. To achieve Budgetary and BMW UK targets in terms of performance v target and all BMW standards. To ensure all performance related documents are updated in a timely manner in accordance with the Halliwell Jones policy. To take full responsibility for the retention strategy Profitability and financial administrative duties for Used vehicles as well as providing appropriate cover within the centre. Adhering to all financial compliance and FCA regulations. Your profile A full understanding and ability to manage both CRM Portal and Drive to achieve main goals and duties as per requisite to ensure main duty categories. To prepare and use a planned sales presentation, designed to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities. Including: customer greeting; qualifying; handling objections; product presentation and demonstrations; closing. Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all BMW Financial Services products and Insurance products. Handle all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements. Advise Sales Manager or Group Business Manager where necessary and ensure appropriate action is taken in a timely manner. Provide up to date FIMS reports as required on all vehicle sales and accurate CRM Forecasts. Ensure the completion of all sale and financial paperwork accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the completion of sale in a satisfactory manner. Maintain all demonstrators supplied for personal use in a clean and tidy condition at all times, suitable for their use as customer demonstration cars. The demonstrator keys should always be secured whilst on site in the Keytrack machine, if fitted, or any other security system in place. To comply and ensure the smooth running of the Keytrack system or other system, if fitted, as explained by the Sales Manager. To make sure that all funds are cleared for all new and used cars, including finance companies, other than BMW Financial Services (UK) Ltd (unless otherwise agreed by the Sales Manager). Continually adhere to the test drive security programme, which is outlined in the company handbook (where applicable). Raise cheque requisitions for all financial settlements, both for purchases and part exchanges. Arrange all financial documentation prior to customer handover. Offer professional advice to aid the sale of all financial packages to retail and corporate customers. All written documentation of relating to finance proposals must be destroyed after delivery. Maintain the standards and criteria for customer satisfaction at all times.
