Sunningdale Special School in Sunderland is looking for an outstanding member of support staff to join our staff team as we move into a new and exciting phase of our schoolandrsquo;s development.andnbsp;
We are looking for a highly skilled practitioner who is committed, caring, energetic, flexible and preferably has experience of working with children with a special educational need.
The successful candidate should have a qualification (at least Level 1) and will be required to work as part of a team in supporting the personal/social and learning needs of pupils and be patient and flexible in dealing with individual behaviour needs.
Main duties:
Support pupils within the dining hall, play areas and classrooms in conjunction with class staff.
Support the feeding, changing, personal and social needs of the pupils.
Support the learning needs of each individual child.
Support the aims of the school and work in line with all school policies.andnbsp;
