Manager, GTM Content (12-month Maternity Cover)
As Manager GTM Content, you will be responsible for executing Deliveroo’s ‘go-to-market' (GTM) approach to launching new product features and services and drive the intended behaviour change with restaurant partners and commercial teams. You will manage a team of Content Associates and Program Managers who build and deliver engaging content designed to drive greater levels of partner adoption whenever we launch a new product or service.
You will be responsible for building the frameworks, toolkits and channels that help to scale our GTM process in a consistent and effective manner, working closely with subject matter experts across the business to do so. As part of the role you will be responsible for measuring the impact of all GTM launches and using data to generate insight, constantly optimising and improving this process as well as handover to our B2B Content team once the launch period is completed.
You will also be a key member of the Commercial Operations Leadership team and, alongside your peers, help to design, deliver and evolve the wider Commercial enablement strategy as our business grows over time. Your responsibilities will be:
Responsibilities
Own our Go-to-Market process
1. Design and manage the process, frameworks and toolkits to deliver all types of GTM consistently and effectively and embed a common understanding of these across the commercial and product teams.
2. Partner with the Manager, Commercial Enablement, to facilitate decision-making on the level of GTM support to be allocated to each launch (“GTM tiers”).
Create Deliveroo’s GTM content to be shared internally with commercial teams and externally with Partners
1. Collaborate with relevant subject-matter experts to identify the key messages and content to be communicated to partners for each GTM initiative.
2. Design GTM project plans, identify what channels to use over what timeline and create the content that will be published through B2B communication channels.
3. Adapt, where relevant, and augment these materials to prepare commercial teams for their interactions with partners.
4. Liaise with the Marketing Operations team to ensure that content is delivered through B2B channels, in line with the individual launch plans.
Support initiative leaders to evaluate the success of each GTM launch
1. Coordinate regular GTM reviews that evaluate progress vs. plans, resolve delays to any launches.
2. Partner with the Manager, Commercial Enablement to make trade-off calls where there are clashes or insufficient resource to support all launches as intended.
3. Conduct post launch evaluations to assess the impact of our GTM content in collaboration with the relevant initiative owner or subject matter expert.
4. Use post launch data and analysis to review initial launch success and lead stakeholders on the decision making of post launch plans.
Build, coach and lead an exceptional GTM Content team that is engaged, inclusive and high-performing

4. Project Management: Ability to manage and progress a multiple, complex projects in parallel that involve multiple stakeholders across markets and other Deliveroo functions.
5. Change Management: Utilises a range of proven techniques to manage a diverse team through a series of change such that they consistently adopt new ways of working and the tools that support them.
6. Process Design: Can map out end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions and build the case for change.
7. Problem-solving & Strategic Thinking: Clearly frames increasingly broad or complex issues, articulates tradeoffs, and recommends solutions. Understands the strategic implications of their work. Is able to anticipate risks and suggest ways to mitigate.
8. Communication & Influence: Listens actively and empathetically. Simplifies complex ideas and focuses communication. Collaborates effectively across a wider range of teams and stakeholder groups. Demonstrates a confident presentation style.
9. Team Development and Community-Building: A team player who readily collaborates cross-functionally and can resolve areas of misalignment or conflict between teams. Finds opportunities to build a sense of community and coach more junior team members.
