Payroll Manager – Leeds – Up to 65K – Hybrid
I am working with a global organisation with offices in London and Leeds who are looking for a Payroll Manager to manage a team of 8, who look process weekly and monthly payroll with Resourcelink.
The successful candidate will have experience managing payroll functions, experience of high-volume payrolls and experience of implementing processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a team of 8 supporting with development and training
* Support team processing monthly and weekly payrolls up to 5000 headcount
* Work with key stakeholders across the business to align with payroll
* Assist Head of Payroll with any projects or internal training
* Ensure updated processes and controls for accurate payrolls
* Previous experience managing a payroll function
* Experience of running an in-house payroll
