Position Summary The Senior Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration will oversee and manage the Firms global mobility and immigration programs. This role will play a critical role ensuring compliance with international regulations, Firm policies, and supporting the overall employee experience during relocation, assignments and their immigration lifecycle. The Senior Manager, Global Mobility & Immigration will work as an integral part of our HR Compliance, Mobility and Immigration department, assisting our People team to deliver on mobility and immigration management, compliance and providing support to internal clients across every aspect of our People strategy. Duties and Accountabilities 1 Lead our global mobility and immigration program to create a desirable employee experience that delivers on the Firms strategy Provide leadership to the global mobility and immigration team, identifying priorities, raising escalated issues and managing workloads Develop and implement the global mobility strategy, policies and procedures aligned with business goals and talent management strategies, including early careers Utilize a strong working knowledge of industry leading global mobility policies and procedures to help develop global strategy and programs Focus on compliance requirements related to global mobility (local employment rules, tax and immigration) Provide support and advise on immigration impact throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, promotion, job changes, and/or termination Suggest and implement policy enhancements and recommend mobility strategy to business and People leaders Develop analytics to understand mobility program trends, track cases and case metrics Partner with and influence internal teams to ensure assignments receive holistic support, including leading the implementation of efficiencies and workflows in Assignment Pro Lead stakeholder communications on global mobility and immigration Manage global mobility employee data within Workday to ensure accurate information management Lead global initiatives in new/expanding markets providing guidance on all aspects of mobility as well as immigration support Manage external vendor partnerships on end-to-end provide mobility and immigration services Provide guidance on right to work compliance, business travelers and any regulatory requirements working with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks Qualifications At least five (5) years of experience in global mobility or a related HR function Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong knowledge of global mobility policies, immigration laws, and tax compliance Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in using global mobility software and HR information systems Certified Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) or similar certification is a plus Excellent communication skills with strong research and writing experience is required Must possess strong organizational skills and an attention to detail Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines Advanced MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong ability to manage cross-cultural diversity in the work place Strong professional presence Client service focus Location and Reporting This is a hybrid role which can be based in our New York or London office.
