RM Recruit are pleased to be working with an excellent not-for-profit organisation based in Chelmsley Wood who are seeking a confident, well-experienced Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis for approximately six weeks, with the potential for the contract to be extended. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive office environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the office team. Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems. Support the coordination of schedules, meetings, and appointments. Perform data entry and ensure timely completion of reports. Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team. About You: Proven experience in an administrative or similar role. Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Flexible, reliable, and a team player. Requirements: The successful candidate will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check for this role. Immediate availability is preferred.
