The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team on site at our Head office in Christchurch. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer base by delivering exceptional service, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled salesperson to create and develop innovative opportunities using value-based selling methodologies. You will showcase the core capabilities and tailored solutions that set I-Fulfilment apart, helping our clients succeed in their operations. The role: Develop and implement tailored account plans for your customer portfolio, ensuring alignment with I-Fulfilment’s sales strategy. Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline to drive growth and achieve targets. Oversee daily interactions with clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any issues promptly. Act as the client’s advocate within the company, working proactively with colleagues to resolve issues, develop new solutions, and identify opportunities for further collaboration and growth. Prepare and review various reports, including visit reports, SLA compliance, sales projections, and forecasts. Use data insights to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and skills between teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. Encourage collaboration and learning to enhance team performance and drive collective success. About you: You will love getting stuck into the detail, building strong client relationships and thriving on accurate delivery. You will have the ability to think creatively and be able to work collaboratively to find the most effective way of getting the job done. Desirable experience in sales analysis, CRM (pref Hubspot), assessing client’s businesses in helping take cost out and adding value. Desirable experience in logistics / fulfilment environments. Can demonstrate success in identifying, approaching and winning new business at commercially acceptable levels to the business.
