Job description Our client owns and operates a chain of prestigious business centres. They're currently recruiting for a switched-on frontline receptionist to assist with the day to day running of their site based in Watford. The environment is luxurious and contemporary and they're ideally looking for an individual with a natural flair for 5-star customer service, someone willing to go the extra mile in order to achieve positive results. Reception experience is not essential, however, experience within a premium hospitality environment or luxury retail would be great. Candidates for this role must be smartly presented and have really good interpersonal skills. Dealing with a wide variety of daily tasks, you will primarily be responsible for managing the front of house area, dealing with clients and their guests. However, the role also entails: Managing meeting rooms, setting-up any technology and ensuring refreshments are in place. Answering the telephones and directing calls, taking detailed messages etc. Meeting and greeting clients and their guests. Managing diaries. Booking couriers, taxis etc. Generating invoices. General housekeeping of the public areas, conducting walkabouts etc. and reporting any issues to the maintenance teams. Dealing with queries and complaints, acting to quickly resolve or progress to management level. Updating bookings, and managing the bookings database etc. Ordering supplies
