Job Details
Surbiton High School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Netball to coach, promote and develop netball across all age groups, ensuring high levels of pupil participation, achievement, and performance. Reporting to the Director of Sport, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the School’s strong reputation in netball, both locally and nationally.
Start Date: September 2025
Tenure: Permanent, Full-time
Role Responsibilities
The successful applicant will have participated or coached at a high level and have experience in coaching young people. The role will demand excellent planning, time management, communication, and administrative skills, and an ability to work within a strong team environment. This role will require confidence and creativity in managing a large squad of varying abilities in changeable conditions at training sessions and events.
