Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Taunton, Somerset
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full time (term time only)
Salary: £105 - £120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

The Role: Teaching Assistant (SEN)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both students and tutors. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in lesson delivery and adapting materials to suit individual learning needs
* Provide 1:1 support and small group guidance to enhance student engagement
* Using positive behaviour support strategies to encourage participation
* Supporting students in both classroom and community-based learning activities
* Helping to develop learning resources tailored to students’ communication needs
