If you're ready to take on greater classroom responsibilities and help children thrive, this is the role for you What You’ll Be Doing: Taking the lead in delivering pre-planned lessons in the teacher’s absence. Supporting small groups and individual pupils to help them achieve their full potential. Assisting with lesson preparation, and assessments alongside the class teacher. Fostering an inclusive and positive environment for children, including those with SEN. Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inspiring classroom atmosphere. What We’re Looking For in You: HLTA Qualification or substantial experience working at HLTA level. Confidence in leading classrooms and delivering engaging lessons. A proactive, positive, and flexible attitude towards supporting children’s learning. Experience in primary education, particularly with pupils who have additional needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). What’s in It for You?
