At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role is about supporting our customers with our services across all channels. This includes transactions on the till, handling inbound calls, and supporting product applications through digital sales. You will provide first-class service in person, via phone, and online, with training provided. This role is important within the branch, and you will be part of a team dedicated to protecting and supporting our customers. We need a Customer Representative for our branch in Meadowhall. This is a permanent position working full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. If advertised as part-time, the salary will be pro-rata. You must be within a 45-minute commute of the branch. Nationwide is committed to the High Street with over 600 branches across the UK. If the location is outside the 45 minutes, please check other vacancies closer to you. Your training will be virtually based in branch, with the first three weeks being crucial to your career journey, during which no holiday is allowed.
