Purpose of the Role Join the Aftersales team in a newly created role of Ownership Programmes Manager, where you’ll drive cross functional activities across wider teams within Bentley and play a pivotal role in ensuring the growth of our global Aftersales business through the creation, deployment, management and analysis of Ownership programmes. Reporting into the Global Head of Aftersales Programmes your main responsibilities include; The research, creation, deployment, management and analysis of Ownership programmes across all global regions, inc business case creation and approval Engaging with suppliers and providers to deliver Aftersales Ownership programmes to be deployed into regions and retailers globally Defining launch plans with relevant milestones and functional metrics Working with regional teams and central teams such as marketing to ensure the successful roll out of every programme Conducting analysis and modifying programme strategy where required, whilst feeding back impacts to the business Acting as a key focal point for Aftersales with the associated Group Partners and interface with all VW Group Aftersales for any related activities Knowledge and considering of Aftersales competitor activity and proposing action accordingly About The Team Our Aftersales department is transforming too, in response to the rapidly changing market and product portfolio, delivering innovation in future products and programmes whilst satisfying the needs of today’s customers.
