About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
You'll be responsible for following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting clients with their medication. You'll also help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
