Scheduler/ Planner/ Administrator
Location: Redruth
Working from home initially; hybrid position. Must have worked for a construction company/ contractor previously.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Working on a housing maintenance contract.
2. Arranging engineers to visit tenants' properties to carry out repairs.
3. General admin duties.
4. Liaising with engineers and tenants over the phone.
5. Inputting information on a database and Excel spreadsheet.
6. Making outgoing calls to customers.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
1. Excellent general office admin experience.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Previous customer service experience.
4. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook emails.
5. Ideally, experience in a Planning/ Scheduling role.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
