Finance Assistant | 5 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Hybrid - Central Belt Scotland | Starting ASAP
Day Rate: DOE
Main Duties:
1. Mainly dealing with mailbox queries in relation to the recent billing run which issued over 10,000 invoices.
2. Dealing with rejected invoices.
3. Payment plan calculations.
4. Updating customer information.
5. Investigating undelivered emails.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience of working within a credit control environment.
2. Excel skills and experience of working with finance systems.
3. An attention to detail is also essential.
Desirable:
1. A willingness to learn and be flexible within the role.
2. Strong communications skills both internally and with our customers.
3. Experience of working in a busy finance department, working to deadlines and able to prioritise work.
