The successful applicants role shall be to provide services to the Catering, Laundry and Domestic services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained in line with local infection control policies, Covid 19 guidance and maintaining compliance with the NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specification, and Waste Regulations. They will be required to meet specified cleaning schedules, and promote and maintain high standards of cleanliness within the environment. Catering duties include regeneration of meals and preparation of salads, sandwiches and snacks, also meeting specified Laundry Services to the standard of NHS Scotland National Cleaning Services Specifications This is a part time permanent post of 29 hours per week, covering across 7 days (Monday to Sunday) to be worked over 5 days on a 2 week rota, in accordance with service requirements.
