Our National IT teams support Aldi by delivering our system and infrastructure needs. In this vital, hands-on role, you'll provide first and second-level support. Plus, you'll make recommendations to improve what we do – testing new and existing programs as needed. You're a specialist after all.

Your New Role:
1. Act as the National Service Expert for the server areas (Windows Server, Citrix, Exchange, and Backup Services)
2. Managing our in-house and 3rd party support partners and provide any 3rd line troubleshooting/support for the server areas
