* Overseeing the financial planning (short term and long term focused), analysis, and controls within the GBS organization to support effective decision-making (e.g. project prioritization), optimize resource allocation, and drive financial performance.
* Developing and implementing financial control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies.
* Managing the budgeting and forecasting process for the GBS organization, including coordinating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
* Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and cost efficiency.
* Monitoring and reporting on key financial metrics, variances, and trends to senior management and key stakeholders.
* Leading the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing financial audits and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
* Has financial and statutory responsibilities for the future Aptar CB Legal Entity.
* Monitoring & Tracking performance on transformation business cases
Relevant University degree or proven track record
* 10 years plus in financial controlling & reporting/audit (preferably with some industrial in the portfolio of experience), especially in multi-national context
* Preference to have previous SSC/GBS direct experience
* Language requirement: English, plus other European languages fluency
* Willing to travel up to 50% of time
