Job summary The Major Projects team is currently seeking an experienced administrator to help make all our plans for new and improved facilities a reality. This post will support the Major Capital Projects programme across all sites, with the specific requirement for each site varying dependent on priorities as plans progress. We are seeking a proactive, motivated and organised professional who will play a key role in supporting the delivery of various capital projects across our three hospital sites (Watford General, Hemel and St Albans City). This role will provide comprehensive PA support to the Major Projects team and administrative support for key meetings (including agendas, minutes, action logs and following up on actions). The postholder will be required to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday. The postholder will be required to travel across all 3 of our sites as and when required. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be a proactive and organised individual who has experience in providing executive level PA support, with a proactive approach to managing multiple complex electronic diaries and inboxes.
