Job Overview
Unison Ltd is looking for a Mechanical Fitter to join the production team responsible for building all-electric tube bending machines. This role offers a supportive working environment, on-site parking, opportunities for further training and career development, and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble mechanical components and machines according to engineering drawings, schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
* Fit linear slides, gearboxes, and servo motors (experience preferred but not essential).
* Work to health and safety standards within the production environment.
* Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of Unison’s products.
* Maintain a detail-oriented, problem-solving approach to machine assembly.
* Work collaboratively within a team to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
* Fully skilled mechanical engineer with experience in a machine build environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to find solutions.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a team-oriented setting.
* Level 3 qualification or higher in mechanical engineering (preferred).
* Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship/visa requirements.

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
