Teaching Personnel are looking for highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work at a fun, supportive, and highly respected school. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing SEND support to pupils age 4-19. Therefore, somebody who has a passion of working in special needs, good adaptability and strong relationship building will thrive in this role. You could be supporting young people with: Ausitm (ASC) Learning Difficulties (MLD or SLD) Complex Learning Difficulties/Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) ADHD The ideal candidate will have: Experience of working with children or adults that have special needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive and patient approach Excellent communication skills as you could be working with young people who have communication difficulties All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
