Children’s Home Deputy Manager
Full Time - Permanent
Salary: Up to £39,000
Hours:
* 40 hours per week – Full time
* Adhering to a monthly rota
* On call duty rota as directed by the homes manager
We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated, and experienced candidate for a Children’s Home Deputy Manager position. Our client is a provider of residential children’s services, specialising in providing the highest standard of care to Children and Young People. They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, thus facilitating the guidance & development of their self-esteem and full potential.
Working as a Children's Home Deputy Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, providing a safe and secure place for them to flourish and motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People.

Minimum requirements for this Children’s Home Deputy Manager position are:
* Hold a Level 3 qualification in residential childcare
* Have two years of experience working in a Residential Children’s Home
* Leadership experience in residential childcare
* Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
* Full UK driving Licence
Experience:
* Residential Childcare: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent (required)
* Level 5 in leadership and management (or working towards) (preferred)
* Driving Licence (required)
* Good or Outstanding rating in a previous management post? (preferred)
Work authorisation:
* United Kingdom (required)
