About the area The Clinical Training & Evaluation Centre (CTEC), situated within the Division of Surgery at the UWA Medical School, provides training and education in a simulated environment to enhance the skills of health professionals. CTEC offers a wide variety of courses tailored to postgraduate trainees, consultants, and surgeons, as well as training for medical students, paramedics, nursing, and allied health professionals. The Centre also conducts research to evaluate the impact of training interventions on professional skill development. About the opportunity Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies in line with university priorities, with a focus on CTEC courses, and partnerships with third-party providers. Design and deliver marketing collateral for various channels, including social media, advertising, promotions, print, digital, PR, and lead nurture and enquiry management. Ensure CTEC’s contractual obligations are met by coordinating workshops and courses as specified in funding agreements held with key external stakeholders. Liaise and build positive working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to identify and facilitate opportunities, communicate marketing plans, and relevant information. About you Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency. Substantial relevant senior administrative experience at an appropriate level, demonstrating project management, organisational, and reporting skills. Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage and consult with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage projects/course coordination involving internal staff and external health and medical professionals.
