As part of their growth, they are looking for a customer-focused and driven Internal Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment. This will be a permanent, full time position running Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm based onsite at their office in Wolverhampton. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and inquiries via phone and email using a CRM system. Handle incoming customer queries professionally and efficiently. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service. Support customer retention and growth by proactively engaging with current and potential clients. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database. Provide product recommendations based on client needs. Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure on-time deliveries. Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints effectively. Perform general administrative duties to support sales and customer service operations. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in sales or account management (preferably in a B2B environment). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised, confident, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
