Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are working with our successful manufacturing client based in South Ayrshire; they have an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. There is an opportunity to work 3 days on site and 2 remote.
Responsibilities include:
1. Updating and Maintaining HR database
2. Point of contact in HR team for queries
3. Provide advice and guidance on company best practice and policies
4. Minute taking at HR meetings
5. Compiling confidential letters
6. Maintaining HR spreadsheets and trackers
7. Collate and record sickness absence
8. Support with recruitment and new starter compliance checks
9. Producing HR reports
10. Updating training database and documents
11. Organising and booking training courses
Background required:
1. Previous HR administration experience
2. CIPD qualified or currently working towards completing your level 3 is preferred, however relevant experience will also be considered
3. Good communication skills
4. Excellent planning, coordination and prioritising skills
5. Confident IT skills including MS Office
