2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer

As our company expands, we are looking for a talented 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team and support our continued growth.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in an MSP environment, with the ability to provide high-level support on the help desk and contribute to projects such as SharePoint migrations, VoIP setups, server migrations, network setups, and CCTV installations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and customer service who enjoys problem-solving and is eager to progress in their IT career.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver 2nd/3rd line support via phone and remote channels.
* Resolve escalated issues while maintaining excellent communication with clients.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
* Participate in projects such as Office 365 migrations, VoIP setups, server migrations, network setups, CCTV installations, and server setups.
* Occasionally visit client sites to provide on-premises support (must have a driving licence and own transport).
Essential Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working for an MSP.
* Strong understanding of Office 365 and common business IT infrastructures.
* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience mentoring junior staff.
* Problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with SharePoint/Server/Cloud/Email migrations.
* Scripting (desire for automation where possible).
* Familiarity with VoIP services (e.g., Gamma or similar).
* Relevant IT industry certifications (we provide support and funding for further qualifications).
* Self-motivated with leadership potential.

Pay: £26,000 - £32,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Brighton (must be able to commute or relocate before starting)
