As part of this, we’re expanding our Electoral Administration and Regulation Directorate and are recruiting four new roles across our Regulatory Support and Enforcement functions. The Roles Senior Investigator Grade D2 Salary: £55,403 – £58,173 (plus £3,217 London weighting if applicable)Lead on complex and politically sensitive investigations into potential breaches of political finance law. You’ll deliver clear, evidence-based findings and recommendations, assess lower-risk cases, and provide expert advice—occasionally overseeing others during investigations or projects. Investigator Grade C | Salary: £40,031 – £42,033 (plus £3,217 London weighting if applicable)Conduct investigations into potential regulatory breaches, including politically sensitive matters. Support Senior Investigators on more complex cases, and contribute clear reports, regulatory assessments, and expert guidance across the team. Regulatory Case Worker Grade B | Salary: £31,549 – £33,126 (plus £3,217 London weighting if applicable)Join our newly formed Information of Concern Team. You’ll assess, analyse, and escalate information related to potential breaches of political finance law. This is a chance to help shape a new function while using your regulatory judgement to support fair, risk-based decision making.
