Overview What is great about the role? You will be at the forefront of property management for our Student and Medical accommodation portfolios. As a Commercial Asset Officer, you'll ensure our properties meet safety and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer service to our partners and tenants. Where does the role fit in? This role will be working with the Departments Asset manager & the Head of Commercial Property and will provide project management, compliance and the day to day running of the portfolio. The Portfolio totals just over 4 thousand bed-spaces located in Swansea, Bangor, Aberystwyth, Llantrisant & Llandough, Cardiff. What skills and experience do you need? Experience: A track record of delivering high-quality services with a customer-centered approach and a degree or equivalent qualification in a property-related discipline or housing would be a bonus. Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in problem-solving, teamwork, workload management, and excellent oral and written communication skills. You should also be skilled at applying policies consistently and representing and promoting Pobl values. Knowledge and understanding : Familiarity with relevant legislation, regulation, IT systems, and compliance procedures. What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £30,004 for a 37 hour full time permanent position Agile working policies – You'll cover areas in Swansea, Bangor, Aberystwyth, Llantrisant & Llandough, Cardiff, making each day unique and rewarding. Our head office is Swansea, which will be your base and where we have our team meet ups. Hours are predominately worked Monday to Friday days, but flexibility is required as you may on some occasions work outside of this. It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence and access to a car 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service Mileage paid at 45 per mile Training and progression opportunities What’s FREDIE?
