Please see the attached job description for further information about the role including details of the personal specification. A formal job plan will be agreed between the appointee and the Clinical Director on behalf of the Medical Director. This will be reviewed annually, and changes will be mutually agreed. Once established, the Job Plan will be a prospective agreement that sets out duties, responsibilities, and objectives for the coming year. It will cover all aspects of professional practice including clinical work, teaching, research, education, and managerial responsibilities.
