Receptionist Responsibilities:
* First Impressions: Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Communication Hub: Manage phone calls, messages, appointments, and inquiries.
* Organisation: Maintain calendars, handle correspondence, and update databases.
* Support: Assist with administrative tasks, events, and promotional efforts.
Receptionist Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* A professional, friendly demeanour.
