Project Coordinator – Liverpool
Seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a lovely vibrant team. You will work closely with the Project Manager, ensuring the smooth coordination of tasks and schedules. This role is fast-paced and requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Project Manager in scheduling and managing tasks.
2. Preparing and maintaining health and safety documentation, including RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements).
3. Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
4. Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
5. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Utilising Excel and other tools to manage data and reports efficiently.
The ideal candidate:
1. Proven experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within construction or health and safety sectors.
2. Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
5. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8-5pm
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 DOE
