Skills & Competencies:
* Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
* Experience in 3D modelling, FEA analysis, and conducting surveys.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the offshore crane or oil and gas industries and mechanical handling expertise.
* Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, API Q1) and HQSE Management Systems (OSHAS 18001).
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
* Strong negotiation, numeracy, and literacy abilities.
Requirements:
* Practical knowledge of crane industry processes and practices desirable.
