* A university degree or professional qualification with at least 3 years of experience in a portfolio/project management role within a major organization; OR
* At least 4 years of experience in a project management role within a major organization.
* Desirable: Prince II Practitioner or Management of Successful Programmes Practitioner or Management of Portfolio Practitioner qualifications.
Responsibilities:
* I will lead and manage digital projects and programs to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Collaborating with all stakeholders, I will develop business cases and manage projects through the necessary formal approval stages, including business case approvals.
* I will create plans and strategies for the effective management of projects and programs.
* I will produce documentation and reports in line with DHCNI and EPMO standards as required.
* I will report project/program progress through Highlight Reports, Stage and Exception Plans.
* I will collaborate effectively with vendors and third-party suppliers during the procurement, implementation, and transition of digital systems, solutions, and services.
* Following established procedures and obtaining specialist advice, such as legal or procurement services, will be part of managing projects/programmes effectively.
* I will maintain Portfolio Logs for requests, mandates, risks, and issues.
* Liaison with Programme Managers and related project resources will be my responsibility to ensure coordinated project deliverables while minimizing duplication.
