As a Dealership Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our dedicated dealership team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all dealership administration, contributing to the overall success of our business. Reporting into the Head of Business, you’ll support the dealership with administrative tasks across numerous internal departments as well as supporting with administration within recruitment, learning & development, HR, insurance, and processing invoices.
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
1. Efficiently handle a variety of administrative tasks, including maintaining records, processing documentation, and managing communication within the dealership.
2. Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support to enhance the customer journey.
3. Support the planning and execution of dealership events, including product launches, promotional activities, and team events.
4. Serve as the central communication link between departments, facilitating the flow of information to ensure a well-coordinated, efficient operation.
5. Support our leaders with recruitment activities from shortlisting candidates to assisting with their onboarding.
6. Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts for our dealership to enhance our online presence, promoting Stratstone's brand across platforms.
