About the department:
The Group’s Chief Executive is supported by the Executive Management Team, consisting of 4 Group Directors and 1 Executive Director.
The team are responsible for implementing and directing our Corporate Plan. Role Information:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual who will bring their skill set to the newly created role of Executive Assistant. You will work closely with our Group Chief Executive and the Executive Management Team, providing exceptional administrative support.
As Executive Assistant, you will be a supportive force who empowers our leadership team. You will provide first class administrative support and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Chief Executive and other members of EMT.
You will be a trusted and dedicated Assistant, handling sensitive information and communications with discretion and professionalism. You will co-ordinate meetings, manage diaries and schedules, and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations etc where required.
We offer a hybrid way of working, upon successful completion of a probationary period, with an expectation to work from the office 2 days a week. The role will be based at our office in Leigh, with occasional travel to other offices and locations across the Group, therefore flexibility is essential.
This is the perfect role for a highly organised and competent individual. You will be adept at multi-tasking and will have excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
