We are on the look-out for a Marketing and Customer UX Executive to join our marketing team here in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, organised and driven by their ability to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction, whether that’s through our customer journeys or our direct interactions. The Marketing and Customer UX Executive will support the Marketing and Customer UX Lead as well as the broader Business to Consumer Marketing team, in bringing to life the V12 Retail Finance proposition and putting the customer at the forefront of everything we do. With the introduction of the FCA Consumer Duty principle in 2023, this role will ensure that all V12 Retail Finance products, communications and customer journeys adhere to the principle to deliver good outcomes for our customers. The role will actively contribute towards significant projects at V12 Retail Finance, interacting regularly with colleagues across our business and the wider Secure Trust Bank group supporting our ambitious growth plans and wider business objectives. What you will bring Good knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty regulation Good experience of methods of Consumer Testing Financial services experience, or experience in another regulated industry, is highly desirable. Exceptional written English skills, impeccable spelling/grammar and strong attention to detail, with the ability to create impactful content. Experience of working in a cross-functional role, engaging with colleagues in different parts of the business to deliver results. Everyone is different.
