For the successful Administrator, our client is offering:
• Up to £28,000 Per Annum
• 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 3:15 pm Friday
• Permanent contract
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension
The role – Administrator:
• Responsible for all customer contacts via phone, email or online platforms, and clear distribution of calls throughout the business
• Liaise clearly with Technical for machine specification to produce quotations and Service for commissioning prices and dates
• Manage and request quotations and place orders with OEMS
• Raise PO’s
• Liaise with Checkweigher Dept for ex-works dates for Checkweigher Orders
• Develop, grow, and maintain professional working relationships with all internal stakeholders and customer equivalents
What our client is looking for in a Administrator:
• Experience working in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• SAP System Knowledge - ESSENTIAL
• Administration, Purchase Orders, and planning administration - ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of packaging machinery or food production machinery - DESIRABLE
• Good Communication & Organisation
