Main duties of the job To help us maintain a safe and welcoming environment, were expanding our Estates & Facilities Team and seeking a Maintenance Rep/Handyperson. In this role, youll be responsible for carrying out minor repairs, ensuring safe working practices, and conducting statutory checks. Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Rep/Handyperson to join our Estates & Facilities Team, to manage and carry out all minor repairs, ensure safe working practices and carry out statutory checks. This role will be based at the Hospice on Lark Rise in Loughborough. You may need to travel to the retail shops to carry out any minor repairs or supervise contractors carry out work therefore a driving license is required. This role will be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. You will be part of the 1 in 4 on-call rota covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
