Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (hybrid working available) The role: Successful management and delivery of our transformation programme’s Project Management Office (PMO) services. In Steam Thermal Solutions, part of Spirax Group, our ERP transformation programme is called Zenith, and this role is critical to its project management and delivery capabilities. Key responsibilities: Deliver the agreed Zenith PMO Services from the agreed service catalogue across the programme Ensure an effective Zenith PMO team is in place, and provide management of that PMO team Day to day management of the Triskell tool across the programme Resolve first line escalations within the Zenith PMO Support the Head of Zenith in any ad-hoc activities that are required Maintain Programme authority matrix Maintain the Zenith PMO service catalogue Create effective Zenith PMO performance criteria Provide effective Quality and Gate Management across the programme PWC Assurance Preparation Ensure effective governance is applied to the programme Ensure all reporting is completed as needed e.g. Steerco Your experience: PMO, specifically ERP PMO, and team management as well as BTO or transformation experience. Relevant project management qualification e.g., APMG or PMI. Producing engaging PowerPoint presentations and meaningful reports that provide updates and help facilitate decision making. Your skills: Excellent, pro-active collaborator, influencer and communicator who can engage different types and levels of stakeholders. High levels of attention to detail who can provide solid, quality information. You must be able to build and manage a team effectively.
