Apprentice People Services Systems, fixed term
The People Services Transactional Teams support the delivery of the following services: ESR, Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, e-roster.
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the People Promise Team as an Apprentice providing the opportunity to gain experience in all of the above areas on rotation, and undertake HR Support Level 3 through an apprenticeship programme of study.
On successful completion of the apprenticeship programme (21 months), the apprentice will be able to join the Team in a band 2 role.
Main duties of the job
Apprenticeship post within People Services transactional teams for a fixed term period of 21 months
During the 21 month duation, the post holder will be supported to undertake an HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship programme.
Training will be provided and experience gained within transactional services covering the following areas:
1. Recruitment
2. Temporary Staffing
3. e-Rostering
4. ESR - workforce transactions and system/information maintenance
We are looking for an Administration Officer to support our People Services Teams with a variety of administrative activities to enable the delivery of the team objectives and priorities.
The post holder will learn the fundamentals of workforce systems including Electronic Staff Record (ESR), TRAC and e-Roster and will gain IT skills using Microsoft Office and administrative skills.
