This is a client-facing position focused on delivering IT solutions that meet real business needs. You'll work closely with internal teams and external clients to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and drive the sales of services, software, and infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead on new business development across strategic and enterprise-level clients
Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, from prospecting through to close
Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
Act as a trusted advisor, offering insight-led, consultative sales guidance
Collaborate with technical and solutions teams to create bespoke proposals
Consistently exceed individual and team sales targets
Deliver confident, high-impact presentations and product demonstrations
Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate forecasting and activity tracking
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales strategies and processes
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5+ years in IT sales
Strong understanding of a broad range of IT solutions - infrastructure, cloud, software, and services
Proven success in consultative selling and complex deal management
Demonstrable ability to build, influence, and close at senior stakeholder level
Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipeline and performance reporting
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
