My client is a leading provider of property maintenance services, specialising in managing and maintaining commercial properties. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable services to their clients. They are now looking for a proactive, skilled, and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our commercial properties. Having an Electrical or Carpentry bias would be ideal.
Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Engineer:
1. Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, lighting, and power circuits within commercial properties - IF BIAS IS ELECTRICAL
2. Perform carpentry tasks
3. Undertake general building maintenance, including plumbing, basic tiling, and painting where required
4. Inspect and diagnose faults, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly
5. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and industry regulations
6. Maintain accurate records of work completed and any materials used
7. Liaise with building managers, contractors, and clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
8. Support the overall maintenance and improvement of commercial property facilities
The ideal Multi-Skilled Engineer will possess:
1. Qualification within their trade
2. Clean driving license
3. Experience working within commercial properties
