All about the role: As E-Commerce Specialist you will work to drive the direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channel via our own branded websites. Within the Specialist role, you will work closely with the D2C Sales Manager to help form and activate promotional strategy as well as working on clear and defined consumer ranging. A key component will also be close management on our marketplaces and closed sales channel working closely on ensuring we are exploring all opportunities in both corporate schemes/partnerships and within our affiliate network. What you'll do: Manage our marketplace offerings on eBay and Amazon, ensuring optimal page execution and effective promotion. Collaborate with the Product Management team on range and category management, regularly reviewing SKU and category performance to optimize for consumers and maximize sales. Manage our affiliate marketing channel, ensuring good collaboration with key publishers and partners. Become an expert in promotion setup and activation, measuring ROI and gaining insights to drive scalable, profitable volume. Work closely with marketing to optimize site execution and the path to purchase for better conversion. Utilize analytics tools like ContentSquare and Google Analytics to build data-driven insights for sales improvement. Provide ad hoc analysis and support for D2C/eCom stakeholders (Marketing, Logistics, Contact Centre, etc.). Drive our Friends and Family channel to create AEG ambassadors. Perform other projects as needed to support business initiatives and goals, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Qualifications: Professional experience within E-Commerce Very good understanding of sales processes and the consumer goods industry Ability to work in a dynamic environment and within a matrix organization Solid general technical understanding of a typical ecommerce environment Base level understanding of SEO/SEM and other mechanisms that drive traffic Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills Where you'll be: This is an office-based position working from our Luton office.
