Recruitment Assistant (Hybrid) needed in Southampton, £14.46ph PAYE - 5264207
1. To deliver a comprehensive customer-focused recruitment service including the use of an e-recruitment platform
2. Process payroll input for new starters
3. To handle all recruitment queries from recruiting managers and ensure they have the information they need in a timely and accurate manner.
4. To support the recruitment and selection process for schools or other such partner agencies.
5. To support recruiting managers with the preparation of recruitment documentation including adverts and candidate packs.
6. To ensure the recruitment process meets its deadlines and complies with all relevant statutory requirements and policy and practice.
7. To handle all recruitment queries from candidates in a professional and timely manner.
8. To record and maintain all relevant documentation and records related to recruitment activity.
9. To provide Management Information on activity/trends on all recruitment.
10. To provide a list of internal vacancies to any redeployees on a weekly basis.
11. To manage all pre-employment checks.
12. To process all new starter documentation in time for payroll input.
13. To ensure all new starters are provided with the information they need for their first day.
14. To keep up to date vacancy information and to update agencies, job sites and internet sites as required.
15. To support assessment activity as part of recruitment processes.
In office 3 days per week for the first two weeks then office attend every Wednesday after
