Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Project Manager looking for your next challenge? As GRAHAM continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the successful delivery of construction/build projects in Northern Ireland.
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead and Manage: Oversee all site staff and drive project planning.
2. Resource Management: Control and manage all project resources.
3. Project Oversight: Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory obligations.
4. Quality Assurance: Achieve high standards of quality and workmanship on site.
5. Reporting: Provide detailed reports on project KPIs to senior management.
6. Budget Management: Deliver projects within the programme and budget.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients and designers, building positive relationships.
8. Innovation: Introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate.
9. Support: Assist the commercial team in procurement and cost management.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Demonstrable experience in a Project Management role, particularly with large-scale projects.
2. Skills: Strong communication, management, and programming knowledge.
3. Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date with statutory health and safety requirements and construction contracts.
