THIS IS A PART TIME, 3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT !!
The Candidate's Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day bookkeeping and recording of invoices.
* Reviewing transactions to ensure that all the information is completely accurate – amending any incorrect information.
* Basic data entry onto the accounting software.
* Stock control.
* Adhoc general admin duties e.g. emails and internal calls.
Skills Needed:
* Experience within a Bookkeeping or Accounts Assistant role is beneficial.
* General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is essential.
* Exceptional communication skills are necessary as communicating with individuals is a key part of the role.
* An excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a high degree of numeracy and literacy are key.
