Our ambition drives our growth, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of care for every client.\n\nJoin the Team:\n\nWe're looking to recruit two highly motivated Pre-Market Advisors to join our successful Estate Agency team in Edinburgh.\n\nThe Role: Pre-Market Advisor:\n\nWe are looking for a well-organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Pre-Market Advisor. This key position involves managing the pre-marketing phase of property sales, ensuring properties are ready to launch and supporting a smooth transition to the sales team.\n\nYou will work closely with colleagues to ensure each property is presented effectively and marketed on time.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee the coordination of the pre-market phase to ensure properties meet quality and marketing standards.\n\nTasks include gathering marketing materials, managing upfront payments, updating internal systems, and maintaining compliance records.\n\nEnsure all actions are aligned with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.\n\nCommunicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the pre-market stage.\n\nMonitor timelines to ensure a smooth handover from pre-marketing to the sales team.\n\nDraft and issue fee notes throughout the client journey, ensuring accuracy in line with policy.\n\nManage financial transactions related to pre-market services, including invoicing and payment processing.\n\nKeep accurate financial records and ensure documentation is current.\n\nProvide regular updates to senior team members on financial performance, fee collection, and outstanding payments.\n\nContribute to lead generation by identifying and targeting new opportunities, ensuring a steady stream of properties enters the pipeline.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\nEssential:\n\nExperience in a property or administrative role preferred.\n\nStrong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confident in delivering customer service via phone and email.\n\nIdeal Candidate Will:\n\nHave excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.\n\nDemonstrate sound decision-making and keep clients informed throughout the process.\n\nProduce high-quality, accurate, and timely work.\n\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing.\n\nBe a strong team player who contributes to wider business goals.\n\nShow initiative, drive, and a forward-thinking mindset.\n\nBe keen to grow and progress within the organisation.\n\nFor more information, please contact Joanna Collett at C&P Recruitment, or for immediate consideration please apply now.\nConstruction and Property Recruitment Ltd is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to\nits clients and work-seekers.
